These Terms and Conditions apply to services provided by Endromeda Consulting, including research writing support, literature review assistance, systematic review and meta-analysis support, original article preparation, case report writing, proofreading, editing, data analysis, statistical support, journal selection, publication guidance, and related academic services.

1. Nature of Our Services

Endromeda provides professional research and academic support for physicians and healthcare professionals. Our services are designed to help clients develop, organize, analyze, write, edit, and prepare scientific work for academic, institutional, or journal submission purposes.

2. Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for providing accurate information, valid data, correct author details, institutional requirements, ethical approvals when required, and any documents needed to complete the requested work. The client is also responsible for reviewing and approving the final content before use or submission.

3. Research Ethics and Compliance

For projects involving patient data, clinical records, surveys, or institutional information, the client is responsible for ensuring that the work complies with applicable ethical, legal, institutional, and journal requirements, including IRB or ethics committee approval when required.

4. Writing, Proofreading, and Editing

Endromeda may assist with manuscript drafting, scientific writing, language improvement, structure, formatting, proofreading, and journal-style editing. Final responsibility for the scientific accuracy, authorship, approvals, and submission remains with the client and the listed authors.

5. Data Analysis and Statistical Support

For data analysis services, Endromeda relies on the dataset and instructions provided by the client. We may clean, analyze, summarize, visualize, and interpret data based on the agreed scope. The client must verify that the dataset is accurate, complete, and legally/ethically usable.

6. Publishing and Journal Support

Endromeda may help with journal selection, formatting, cover letters, response to reviewers, and submission preparation. Acceptance, rejection, peer-review decisions, indexing, publication timing, and journal policies are controlled by the journal and cannot be guaranteed by Endromeda.

7. Timelines

Any delivery timeline, including urgent or 24-hour services, depends on project scope, completeness of materials, client responsiveness, and the complexity of the work. If additional data, clarification, or revisions are required, timelines may change accordingly.

8. Revisions

Reasonable revisions may be provided according to the agreed scope of work. Requests that change the original topic, analysis plan, article type, dataset, target journal, or project requirements may be treated as additional work.

9. Payments

Fees, payment timing, and included deliverables are agreed before starting the project. Work may begin after payment confirmation unless otherwise agreed. Payments for completed or substantially completed work are generally non-refundable.

10. Confidentiality

Endromeda treats client materials, manuscripts, datasets, and project details as confidential. Client materials are used only for the purpose of delivering the requested service, unless the client gives permission otherwise.

11. No Medical Advice

Endromeda’s services are academic and research-support services. They do not replace clinical judgment, medical advice, institutional review, legal advice, or regulatory consultation.
